How do you make internal communication visable?

 

Most employees don’t really pay attention to communication from corporate. It’s the kind of blah blah whatever sort of stuff that might as well be invisible. So when Merck asked us to come up with ways to let their people know that if they see something going on that looks wrong, they can get in touch via their SpeakUp line, we searched for the right solution. And found it by creating a world where we show how easy it is to miss various forms of corruption.

The campaign played online and off, from giant wall murals on campus, to interactive digital experiences – even on trays in the cafeteria. People not only saw it, they loved it.
